Job Summary

  • NOOR CALL CENTER INC is looking for professional and motivated representatives to assist customers, dealers, and automotive auction clients by phone, email, and online communication.
  • The role includes answering questions about vehicles, helping customers understand auction steps, following up with leads, and supporting automotive sales campaigns.
  • This position is a good fit for candidates with strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from vehicle buyers and auction customers.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls for automotive sales leads.
  • Explain basic auction steps, registration, bidding, payment, and pickup or delivery options.
  • Collect customer information accurately and update records.
  • Communicate professionally with dealerships, auction partners, and customers.
  • Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or chat.
  • Follow company scripts, compliance rules, and quality standards.
  • Report customer issues or urgent requests to a supervisor.

Compensation & Benefits

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.

Requirements
