- NOOR CALL CENTER INC is looking for professional and motivated representatives to assist customers, dealers, and automotive auction clients by phone, email, and online communication.

Main Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from vehicle buyers and auction customers.
- Make outbound follow-up calls for automotive sales leads.
- Explain basic auction steps, registration, bidding, payment, and pickup or delivery options.
- Collect customer information accurately and update records.
- Communicate professionally with dealerships, auction partners, and customers.
- Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or chat.
- Follow company scripts, compliance rules, and quality standards.
- Report customer issues or urgent requests to a supervisor.
Compensation & Benefits
